Your item must be received in the same condition received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a full or partial refund. 

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@myneighborsstuff.com. Upon acceptance, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept any unapproved returns that are sent back to us.

Damages and issues 

Inspect your order upon arrival, then contact us as soon as possible if your item is received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was received. Doing so will allow us to evaluate the issue in a timely manner and provide you with an exchange or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

There are some circumstances where we cannot accept returns for certain types, such as perishable goods like food, plants, or flowers, products that are customed ordered (such as personalized items or special orders), and Home personal care products like beauty products. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases can not be returned. Also, returns on sale items or gift cards cannot be accepted or returned.

Exchanges 

For exchanges, please return the item back to us, and once we accept your return, place an order for the replacement item.

Refunds 

You will be notified after we've received and inspected your return if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
